In this modern world of cutting-edge technology and business enterprises, leaders in the cooperative movement find it more challenging to respond to this technological advancement. Cooperative leaders and members must carefully work hand in hand to be able to continually improve and expand their services.

Ownership is a very important factor in the success of any cooperative. Cooperatives are owned, managed and patronized by members. Members must be aware that the benefits come from their contributions, patronage refund and mutual efforts to help one another.
