Engr. Glenn Marcelo C. Noble, MGB Caraga OIC-Regional Director, gives an engaging presentation on the Mines and Geosciences Bureau as the primary government agency under the DENR responsible for the rational conservation, management and development and utilization of the country’s mineral resources. Similarly, he went on to give a concise account of MGB’s history as a centennial bureau as well as its mandate, mission, vision and authorities.
